The
Woolshed
If you really want to get away from it all,
this rustic little cottage is only twenty
minutes from Wellington's CBD, but in atmosphere
a world away from the city. Originally an
old army barracks moved to the property for
shearers' quarters in the 1960's but now;
renovated into a cosy self contained and very
private place surrounded by steep hills of
peaceful farmland.
The hosts of The Cottage feel that privacy
is important for our guests. In the garden
is the piece de resistance - a romantic outdoor
bath heated by a wood fire. Relax, soaking
under the stars in stunning silence of the
countryside, could you think of a better way
to refresh your body?
Breakfast ingredients are in the cottage and
include continental breakfast with toast.
